Jefferson Parish’s Pet Fest is the party where “Pets Bring their People” and, this year, the Lafreniere Park party was even bigger. There were tons of events and educational presentations planned for citizens and their pets and, while everyone was having a good time, “forever families” were found for a lot of homeless animals.
