On March 23rd, 2017 Jefferson Parish cut the ribbon on its new dog park at Pontiff Playground in Metairie.
In attendance were Parish President Mike Yenni, Councilwoman Cynthia Lee-Sheng, and Councilwoman Jennifer Van Vrancken along with an excited crowd of dogs and humans.
The park is open now and free to the public.
