The Jefferson Parish office of the LSU Ag Center teaches 15-week classes in elementary schools as part of the new Body Quest initiative. In this video, our own Karen Marie uses interactive, colorful and anime'-style materials to promote fruits, vegetables, and general health while Weekly Warrior Tastings encourage kids to taste a variety of crunchy and colorful produce. Body Quest furthers technology through nutrition education to our future digital workforce while at the same time, empowering youth to make new, positive and healthier habits.
