Jefferson Parish held its inaugural King’s Day Carnival Kick-Off at Lafreniere Park on Friday evening, January 8th. All of Jefferson Parish’s Carnival Krewes were recognized and there was music, food, and pony rides on hand to help citizens celebrate the start the 2016 Carnival Season.
