On October 19, 2013 voters in unincorporated Jefferson Parish, as well as the municipalities of Jean Lafitte, Kenner, and Harahan, will be asked to decide whether to approve millages for the Parish’s water and sewerage departments. In this short informational program, 5 basic questions are answered.
