This year, Jefferson Parish’s Carnival parade schedule starts with Little Rascals on Sunday, January 24 and ends with Argus on Fat Tuesday, February 9th.

Jefferson Parish held its inaugural King’s Day Carnival Kick-Off at Lafreniere Park on Friday evening, January 8th. All of Jefferson Parish’s Carnival Krewes were recognized and there was music, food, and pony rides on hand to help citizens celebrate the start the 2016 Carnival Season.
